Betty ‘Carol’ Mayou is a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force, and has worked in public accounting in Arizona and Hawaii, specializing in small business accounting and taxation.

Carol has developed an expertise in audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements, as well as preparation of tax returns for individuals, non-profits, trusts, partnerships and corporations.

An expert in QuickBooks, Carol frequently sets up databases and provides training to clients that want to track their financial information through their accounting software. Carol graduated from Park University in Parkville, MO in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a concentration in management.

She is tenacious, patient and always willing to go the extra mile and do what’s best for the Roberts Group’s clients.
